Before you may use any of our online services, you must create a secure online user account. Follow the instructions below to create an account.

4. You will be taken to a screen that says “User Registration – Temporary Password Issued.” Check the inbox of the email address you used to create your account, and look for the email with the temporary password. The email will be sent from “AWS.” If you do not receive an email with your temporary password within 30 minutes, please check your spam or junk-mail folder.

If you receive this message, please send the Online Support Specialist an email to licensinghelp@hpc.state.tx.us you must include the following information: full name, plumbing license/registration number with rank, the date of birth, agency, the new email address you wish to use, and a request to reset your User ID.
