Mr. MacDonald leads MacDonald Companies, Inc. as CEO and president. An active participant in several business associations, he holds degrees from Angelo State University and the University of Texas at San Antonio, alongside a Managerial Leadership Certificate.

Mr. Ainsworth is CEO of The Bosworth Company, LTD. and a licensed Master Plumber with ties to the Nexstar Network. He’s an alumnus of Midwestern State University.

President of Black Plumbing, Mr. Black is deeply committed to his local community in Abilene. A licensed Journeyman and Master Plumber, he’s part of several civic and business associations.

With a South Texas College degree, Ms. Yado is the Chief Building Official for McAllen City. Her portfolio includes a past presidency of the Valley Building Officials Association and membership in the Rio Grande Valley Builders Association.

A plumbing contractor who runs C&B Utilities, Inc., Mr. Rice’s broad experience includes mentoring young tradesmen and serving as a certified instructor. He earned a degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

As Operations Chaplain for the Texas Army National Guard, CH (LTC) Gutierrez is deeply embedded in various military associations. He’s also an alumnus of Texas State University and the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

A mechanical engineer by trade, Mr. Klock served as VP and CTO for EA Consulting Engineers. With a past role as regional chair at the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers, he holds a degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Mr. Yelovich has over 40 years of experience in home building and now runs a consulting business focused on building best practices called Homes Built Right. He holds numerous certifications and has served on multiple industry boards. Mr. Yelovich leads hands-on training for builders and enjoys woodworking in his free time.
